Shipping Policy
Processing Time We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. The average processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Shipping Methods and Rates We ship our products via reliable carriers such as PostNL and DHL.
-
Single Cards: Shipped by default in a sturdy envelope. Depending on the value, you can choose between standard mail or a letterbox package with Track & Trace.
-
Sealed Products (ETBs/Boxes): Are always shipped as a parcel with Track & Trace.
The exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Packaging As collectors, we know how important the condition of a card is. Therefore, all single cards are shipped in a soft sleeve and a toploader (or card saver) as standard to prevent bending and scratches. Parcels are securely padded to minimize movement during transit.
Shipping Damage and Risk Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of delay lies with the delivery service. Should a product arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at jmy_familytrading@outlook.com with clear photos of the packaging and the contents.
International Shipping (Europe & Worldwide) We ship our cards worldwide via PostNL International and FedEx.
-
Europe: Average delivery time is 3-7 business days.
-
Worldwide (e.g., USA/Asia): Delivery time is typically 7-14 business days.
Import Duties and Taxes: For international shipments outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on the applicable rules.
Important Information for Customers in the United Kingdom (UK) and outside the EU: Since Brexit, the United Kingdom is considered a country outside the European Union. This means:
-
Customs Fees & VAT: For orders to the UK, you as the buyer are responsible for paying local British VAT and any customs duties once the package enters the country.
-
Handling: These costs are typically collected by the British postal service (Royal Mail or FedEx) before they deliver the package to you.
-
Customs Forms: We provide every package to the UK with the mandatory customs documents (CN22/CN23), on which we state the exact value and contents of the shipment.
