1. Overview This website is operated by The JMY Family. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the owner, Yohanes M. Putra. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Private Sale Sales through this Shopify store are conducted on a private basis (hobby sales). As we are not a registered business, no VAT (Value Added Tax) is charged on our prices, and we cannot provide official VAT invoices.

3. Prices and Market Value Prices for our products (collectible cards) are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors or stock shortages.

4. Products and Condition We strive to display the condition of the cards as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions. Colors and details may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings. The buyer accepts that collectible cards may have minor imperfections inherent to the production process or the age of the card.

5. Shipping and Risk We are responsible for the careful packaging of products (e.g., use of sleeves and toploaders). The risk of loss or damage during shipment passes to the buyer once the package has been delivered to the carrier, unless an insured shipping method has been selected.

6. Shopify Platform Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By using the site, you also agree to Shopify's general Terms of Service.
